How to troubleshoot the basic issues with mobile data permissions, BT, GPS?
If the mobile app is not working correctly, follow these steps to check essential settings:
1️⃣ Check Mobile Data & Internet Connection
- Ensure Wi-Fi or Mobile Data is turned on and has a stable connection.
- If using mobile data, disable Wi-Fi to avoid weak or switching signals.
2️⃣ Verify GPS (Location Services)
- GPS must be enabled for accurate tracking.
- Set Location Mode to "High Accuracy" (Android) or "Precise Location" (iOS).
3️⃣ Enable Bluetooth (For ELD Connection)
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and the device is visible.
- If Bluetooth is on but not connecting, try toggling it off and back on.
4️⃣ Grant Necessary App Permissions
- Go to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions and allow:

✅ Bluetooth (For ELD connection)
