1. Inspect Logs

• Purpose: Allows the user to review logs directly on the device.

• Action:

  1. Tap the "Inspect Logs" button.

  2. You will be taken to a screen displaying detailed log data.

  3. Use the navigation arrows

      on that screen to browse logs for different dates and times.

     
     

2. Send Logs

• Purpose: Provides an option to send logs to the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) by email or via a web service.

• Action:

  1. Tap the "Send Logs" button.

  2. Select the submission method (email or web service) and notes (if applicable) .

  3. Press Send logs to send.  

3. Email Logs

• Purpose: Enables the user to send logs to a specified email address as a PDF attachment.

• Action:

  1. Tap the "Email Logs" button.

  2. Input the recipient’s email address in the provided field.

  3. Confirm to send the logs as a XLSX file. 

4. ELD Documentation

• Purpose: Provides access to the ELD (Electronic Logging Device) manual, DOT (Department of Transportation) card, and related instructions.

• Action:

  1. Tap the "ELD Documentation" button.

  2. View the User manual, DOT Inspection and Certificate compliance document in electronic format.
