Status page features detailed review
This section provides a detailed explanation of the "Status" page in the app and guides users on how to navigate and use its features effectively.
Vehicle 1 - indicates the vehicle name you have chosen
is to access the menu
indicates the Violations that are encountered by FMCSA rules
to connect to/disconnect from ELD
Green - means it is connected
Red - means it is NOT connected
to switch to Dark/Light mode of the Mobile app
to call to Support directly from Status page
to be redirected to the Telegram chat to contact Support
Current status of the Vehicle
- Time calculator for the current status
- Statuses for the Vehicle to be selected based on the condition
- Shift Statuses countdown timers (not editable)
- Docs and Trailer information can be added by pressing into this button
DOCS & TRAILER
According to FMCSA rules, it is needed to include the corresponding Trailer and Shipping docs to all Engine power ups and Engine shut downs that are included in the report.
The button will let you to input effectively and on a timely manner the information about Trailer and Shipping documents.
if the button is red then you need to fill it out to be saved to the Profile forms for the current date
if the button is green then you can Edit the fields of Trailer and Shipping documents
in this case the expressions that are edited will be rewritten to the Profile forms of the current date until the Profile form is Certified
if the mobile app is closed, ELD is disconnected by hand or logout is used then the information about the DOCS & TRAILERS will be missed
How to synchronize the logs?
NOTE: Always synchronize your logs to avoid technical issues! To synchronize your logs and timers, follow these steps:
Ensure your mobile phone/tablet has internet connection and is connected to ELD device
